Oh Minnesota!

Only here! Well I know not only here but our crazy weather is at it again, we all knew it was coming but I thought it was going to be traces of snow, not a complete dusting. The girls were excited when I opened the shades and told them to look outside. Piper is ready to go play and Reagan is wondering what the heck all that white stuff is. Piper told Jason that his work was closed and they needed to build a snowman today. I don't know where she got that his work would be closed but she was pretty disappointed when he told her no it wasn't. We were in sandals on Monday and Tuesday and now I have to purchase Piper some boots so she can go outside and explore.

Trick or Treat

Halloween! We got the girls dressed, visited Great Grandma Marilyn and then trick or treated down our street (the girls are still so little they don't realize we could do blocks and blocks), and then surprised Grandma and Grandpa Kocina for a little while. They had fun, Piper remembered her manners for the most part and Reagan figured it out pretty well, she waited and then held out her bag and then ran away. So darn cute!

On Friday Mom, Niki, the girls and I all went up to visit Grandma and Grandpa, show them wedding pictures and of course share the baby news.

The girls and I spent a few afternoons this week enjoying the weather and raking leaves. I got Piper a litte rake and she worked very hard getting the pile big enough to jump in and roll around in. They both even helped me put the leaves in bags.

It's been a few weeks since I've gotten around to updating the blog. Last weekend we went over to Mom and Tim's to carve pumpkins, have a delicious dinner, and then go on the Ghost Trolley. Here are a few pictures from that day along with a couple of misc. photos.

We were looking at some of Jason's baby pictures last night and Reagan actually looks a lot like Jason did. She seems to have the two buckey teeth in front, a funny "huh?" expression and something with her eyes - very Daddy.
