We were lucky enough to score some tickets to the Doodle Bops (Disney show!?!) from our Gym. Mom and I took the girls, neither Piper or I had any idea what this was all about, we have never watched the Disney Channel. I guess I didn't even know it existed - shows how much I really let them watch tv huh?
The girls had fun, Reagan actually enjoyed it more than Piper. Reagan was dancing and talking away, Piper was more in shock, she just sat there in her seat staring. She wanted nothing to do with dancing. It was pretty funny. The more she grows up, the more I'm realizing how much like me (personality wise) Piper really is. Well this show is now Piper's new favorite request. I personally thought the concert was fun but I don't have a whole lot of interest in watching the show.

sorry Mom, this was just too funny not to include!

I know, I haven't posted in weeks! I have so much to post too, I have adventures, rock concerts, Birthday, Birthday party and Dedication pictures to post. I'm a bit discouraged as I don't know what was up with my camera settings or the photographers (myself included) but I think all but 2 pictures from Reagan's party and Dedication are blurry to varrying degrees. I looked through the pictures and then just shut it down, I will get them up this week, promise!

coloring eggs, Grandma finally came home from Hawaii and joined us in the fun!

Awwww, her hands got messy
skiing! That was so much fun, I haven't been in 10 years. I was impressed with myself, it came naturally - just like riding a bike. I did have one fall though, one of my skis fell off and I had no idea how to stop gracefully, it hurt and my arm is still a little sore from rolling over on it but I got right up and went for it again - I loved being outside and moving!

Easter morning!

This little headband is so darn cute but Reagan hates wearing it. We keep trying, maybe some day we'll get a clear picture of her wearing it.
Piper with her "little girl" (Maddie) in the arcade at the hotel. The arcade was set up like Chuck E Cheese with tickets and little prizes they could buy with their tickets.

We switched Piper's gymnastics from Tuesday to Thursday so she'd be surrounded by other kids instead of being the only one in her class. I was starting to get paranoid when the last kid left the class the week after they had a disagreement over a toy and then ran into each other leaving the poor little girl in tears. In all seriousness, the little girl joined her sister's class so their Grandma didn't have to sit through 2 classes in one day with a 2 hour break in between.
Ok, on to today's class - there were 6 kids in her class. Piper was the 1st one there - (I know - me early to something???) and she got more and more excited as the kids started arriving. She went right in and listened to Miss Jessica (her teacher) and followed directions to a T. I was so amazed at her progress, since I left during the last two classes to minimize distracting her I haven't seen everything she has done. She stayed with the group, did each activity, I was really proud of her. She even shared and waited her turn. I thought it was really cute, they had to partner up at one point and she grabbed the little boy next to her and put her arms on his shoulders and made him be her partner. Oh man, she's not shy (yet). What I was really impressed with is that they did backwards somersaults and while she needed help, she did it with enthusiasm. Before she was hesitant to do forward ones in class. It was really fun, I really wish I had my camera.
