Piper's last day of Gym class was June 5th, they had a full class with parents and other friends and family in the room with them and getting to join in.
Here's the ceremony where they got a certificate and a medalion.

she kind of shuts down both times that Dad was there watching, she clams up, it's so funny.
Parents were encouraged to join in and I think I was the only one who tried but it totally distracted Piper and she stopped playing so I backed out, bummer, it looks like so much fun

So much to catch up on
We've been busy taking pictures lately but slow to get them posted. Summer is in full swing and we are trying to get outside and moving from one fun activity to another. Below are pictures from the indoor park. I know, not outside, it was cold that day. I was trying to get the girls to pose with the pretty flowers and waterfall so I could send Jason into the office with some new photos for Father's Day. The girls were much too excited about the park to sit still for pictures. Piper is such a little goofball, instead of sitting and smiling pretty she wants to make gestures and faces, or pick her nose. Here are some of the good ones I did manage to capture.
"look at me"
"ok Mom let me go, I have running to do" They were both trying to get away from me.
Piper finally cooperates with one of her pretty smiles but then Reagan is looking the other direction. Sigh - I gave up and let them play.
Reagan got adventurous and actually figured out she can climb through the little tunnel and up some steps.
This really would have been a cool picture had the girls been oblivious to the giant park behind them.
Reagan tried bouncing the ball - then she lost interest and decided watching the other kids running around was much more fun, and then she found their shoes and really wanted to get at those. She is a shoe girl.
There's those top teeth.
What a doll!
Gym class has really improved Piper's confidence and sense of adventure, she climbed for a few feet before realizing how high she got and let go, luckily Grandma had a hold of her.
all sorts of pictures

Grandma and Grandpa Kocina visited the Spam factory and brought Piper a present - luckily it was just a tatoo and I didn't have to make her taste anything. I've started putting her tatoos on her tummy, those things take at least a week to wear off.
Reagan at the Gym, she loves to watch the kids run around but most of all she relishes the fact that she has Mom and Grandma all to herself.
I finally gave in and gave Reagan a crayon. She did some coloring and of course tried to eat the crayon. She's a smarty that one, she waits until I'm looking and smiles then quickly sticks it in her mouth.
Oh she was so excited to finally be just like her big Sister.Give a kid a box.......
You give a kid a big box and they have days worth of fun. I remember Bill and I had a blast playing in any big box we could find. I bought Jason his Father's Day gift a bit early, a new gazebo for the deck. We loved ours last year until the great storm took it down. Hopefully this one will make it a couple of seasons.
During our assembly we tossed the box into the yard and told Piper to go sail in her "ship", it worked like a charm and kept her away from the building. It only made it about 3 days until it got rained on finally ending up in the fire pit (of course Piper did not witness this).
